If you, or your partner is a fussy eater like my wife, then taking a BBQ when we’re out camping isn’t much fun, as cooking a pizza is quite difficult on a BBQ!
But not anymore!
The KettlePizza turns any18 inch (47cm) and 22 inch (57cm) charcoal kettle BBQ into a pizza oven within minutes. The KettlePizza fits on top of your kettle BBQ transforming it into a charcoal or wood burning pizza oven.
It’s a stainless steel sleeve that fits between the top of the BBQ and the bottom of the lid thus creating a cooking chamber. The heat comes up from the back of the kettle, along the rear of the cooking chamber and over the top, exiting from the front opening. This creates a “consistent” heat loss that flows over the top of the pizza ensuring a properly cooked top.
Its unique design creates airflow over the top of the pizza, ensuring the toppings cook as well as the base instead of a burnt base and under cooked toppings.
